1.0.34.11: properly inline %UNARY-TRUNCATE/{SINGLE,DOUBLE}-FLOAT

Add DERIVE-TYPE optimizers for them so the compiler can see that VOPs
are applicable.  Add a testcase that should be valid everywhere.
