0.9.10.38:
        Add #\Uxxxx and #\Uxxxxxxxx read-syntax for characters. Make all
        characters readably printable even on non-Unicode streams. Patch by
        Robert Macomber (sbcl-devel "Unicode character names", 2006-03-06).

        * Also add a test.
