0.9.15.46: cosmetic cleanups
* SLOT-VALUE-OR-DEFAULT now uses an UNREADABLE-OBJECT as the default
marker for unbound slots, giving us #<unbound slot> instead of "unbound".
* Edit special operator docstrings for consistency.
* Whitespace.
