        Switch to using the more accurate method of determining
        *STEP-FRAME* on x86/x86-64 where SIGNAL-CONTEXT-FRAME works.
        Retain the previous kludge on non-x86, where SIGNAL-CONTEXT-FRAME
        seems to be completely broken.
