	fixed FIXME in foreign.test.sh so that bogus differences in
		"make" don't mess up the test
	bumped fasl file version, since (I think) the change in
		when #\_ is prepended to foreign symbols breaks old
		fasl files (and I certainly observe that old fasl
		files are broken)
