removed various /SHOW-ish cruft
about that debugger/restart/QUIT problem...
...revived SB-DI:FRAME-CATCHES enough that (BREAK), F 4,
(SB-DI::FRAME-CATCHES SB-DEBUG::*CURRENT-FRAME*)
shows %END-OF-THE-WORLD
...exported SB-VM:*CURRENT-CATCH-BLOCK* to support this
