0.9.14.29:
Make REINITIALIZE-INSTANCE (well, SHARED-INITIALIZE in fact, but
I'm pretty sure that's OK) call FINALIZE-INHERITANCE rather than
UPDATE-CLASS if the class has already been finalized, as
required by AMOP.
